Their mission: To defeat cardiovascular disease. The number of patients is growing and they find it unacceptable. If they do nothing, half a million patients will be added in 10 years. That growth must be stopped.
The Dutch Heart Foundation works together with scientists, doctors, partners and many volunteers to find solutions to detect cardiovascular diseases earlier and to treat them better and faster. They fund research, provide support and information to patients and want to save extra lives during cardiac arrest.
